Synopsis
The second edition of this practical, technique-oriented atlas is updated to reflect techniques developed since the
first edition was published in 1990, and contains many new illustrations. There are new chapters on continent diversion
and the Mitrofanoff procedure, while chapters on laparoscopic and most endoscopic procedures have been omitted from
this edition. As in the first edition, urological procedures that are technically similar for all ages have not been
included. Each procedure is described in detail and illustrated, with a total of 432 illustrations included. Frank is
