Florida; James M. Stuzin, MD, is Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery (Plastic), University of Miami School of
Medicine, Miami, Florida; Tracy M. Baker, MD, is Instructor in Surgery, Department of Surgery (Plastic), University of
Miami School of Medicine, Miami, Florida.
