Movie 14.5A: Transesophageal echocardiographic home view shows small "cauliflower"-like echodensities at the tips of the atrial surface of both mitral valve leaflets in a patient with systemic lupus erythematosus. This appearance is consistent with Libman–Sacks endocarditis.
